Pricing
We charge flat fees instead of hourly rates, giving your practice predictable budgeting, upfront pricing, and year-round support.
Monthly Bookkeeping
Your practice's books closed every month for one fixed fee.
What's included
Each month we reconcile your bank and credit card accounts, categorize every transaction in QuickBooks Online, and close the books. You get a one-page summary of how the practice did. If you bill insurance, we also compare what your billing system says was collected against what actually reached the bank, and we flag any gap so it can be tracked down.
How pricing works
The monthly fee ranges from $500 to $1,500. Where your practice lands depends on how much activity runs through the books each month, including the number of accounts and transactions. We will review your accounts and quote a fixed monthly fee.

What Good Books Do for a Practice
You did not open a practice to do bookkeeping after the last patient leaves. Here is what you get when it is done right every month.
Catch Insurance Payments That Never Arrived
The amount your billing system reports as collected does not always match what reached the bank. Small gaps add up quietly over a year. We compare the two every month, so you can follow up on missing payments while they are still recent.
Lower Taxes Start With Current Numbers
An S-corp election, your own salary, retirement contributions, and the timing of an equipment purchase all depend on knowing how the year is going. When your books close every month, there is still time to act before December 31. Books caught up in April can only tell you what you owe.
Make Big Decisions With Real Numbers
Adding a provider, buying equipment, or signing a longer lease are big commitments. Your monthly summary shows what the practice actually earns after expenses. That way those decisions start from facts instead of a glance at the bank balance.
