Yes. Plenty of Kansas City practices have employees on both sides of the state line. We set up withholding for the right state and handle the Kansas City earnings tax for employees who live or work in the city. Payroll runs through Gusto and works in any state.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Most of our work happens remotely in QuickBooks Online and Gusto, so there's nothing to schedule around clinic hours. If you'd rather sit down in person, we're close enough to make that easy for practices anywhere in the metro.
What does monthly bookkeeping cost?
Monthly bookkeeping runs $500 to $1,500 a month depending on the size of your practice and how much activity runs through your accounts. If your books are behind, each catch-up month is billed at 75% of the monthly fee. We give you an exact number after a short conversation.
